DOUG MOODY is a multi-talented, award winning professional photographer with more than 40 years experience.
His wide range of skills encompass all forms of freelance and commercial work.
He began his career on the Berwick Advertiser as a trainee, later qualifying as a senior photographer there and spent eight years working extensively on sport, local news and features.
In 1980, he joined the Middlesbrough Evening Gazette, working his way up to the senior post of chief photographer and picture editor.
During his time on the Gazette, Doug covered Premier and European football and all forms of news and features.
He has photographed many leading personalities, including Margaret Thatcher, Tony Blair and Oscar winning actor Russell Crowe.
He has also photographed the Queen and many members of the Royal family on many occasions.
Doug covered the EUFA Cup Final in Eindhoven and numerous other sports.
He is as comfortable photographing weddings and family events as he is carrying out detailed press,pr and commercial work and has a portable studio which he can take to any job so product photography including food pictures can be commissioned.
His client list includes Middlesbrough FC, Middlesbrough and Teesside Philanthropic Foundation,Coca Cola, the Co-operative Society, Tesco, local councils and local colleges.
